Bursary for Students - Post-Secondary Education in French

  • Taking post-secondary courses at an accredited Canadian post-secondary institution
  • In a full-time certificate, diploma, bachelor's, or graduate studies
  • Taking 55%+ of classes in French

Bursary for Educators - University Courses in French

  • Currently employed by a B.C. school district or independent school
  • Taking for credit course(s) taught predominantly in French at an accredited Canadian post-secondary institution

Bursary for Educators - Professional Development in French

  • With a B.C. teaching certificate or Letter of Permission, or a certified ECE/ECEA
  • Completing a training program or attending conference in French language and/or French teaching methods offered in Canada.

  • After you receive an email from the Ministry notifying you that you have been selected for a bursary, you must submit your Confirmation or Reimbursement Form
  • Please carefully review which bursary you have been awarded and fill out the correct corresponding form below
