School District Grants Based on Student Data Collection


These French Federal Grants are available to participating school districts, based on student level data collection reported on form 1701 as of September 30th of the School Year, to support the following Official Language in Education programs:

  • E-Learning;
  • Core French;
  • Learning Resources;
  • French Immersion;
  • French Immersion Growth;
  • Teacher Pro-D
  • Cultural Activities

Seventy percent of the grants is automatically sent to districts in the fall and the balance is sent upon approval of the financial report and evaluation form (FP-01SD) which must be submitted on or before June 30th of the School Year.

Instructions for submitting an evaluation form and financial statement:

  1. Download the PDF fillable form "FINANCIAL REPORT/EVALUATION (FORM FP-01SD)" (PDF, 297KB).
  2. Fill out the form electronically.
  3. Save a copy of the completed electronic PDF form on your local drive.
  4. Upload the completed form saved in step 3 to this website.
  5. Complete the form below to indicate the submitter’s name and contact email.
