Post Secondary Grants Based on Enrolment

These French Federal Grants are available to participating post-secondary institution, based on enrolments, course contact hours and program reported on form FP-03PS for each trimester as of September 30, January 31, May 31 and July 31 of the Academic Year., to support the following programs:

• In-service courses;
• Pre-service courses

The grant is automatically sent in the summer directly following the end of the Academic Year.

Instructions for submitting an evaluation form and financial statement:

1. Download the PDF fillable form "Post-Secondary Student Hours in French (FORM FP-03)" (PDF, 126KB).
2. Fill out the form electronically.
3. Save a copy of the completed electronic PDF form on your local drive.
4. Upload the completed form saved in step 3 to this website.
