Congratulations on earning a provincial scholarship!

Before you try to redeem your award, make sure you meet the requirements and collect the right documents that you will need to submit. This will help you avoid delays in payment.

For the purpose of your inquiry, the personal information below will be collected under the authority of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, Section 26(c). Students’ personal information is used for the purpose of verifying eligibility, updating student personal information, and processing scholarship payments.

You can find it on your high school report cards, your high school transcript, or through PEN Services. Submit only one scholarship at a time. If you want to redeem more than one award, you must submit a new form for each scholarship.

Reminder

To redeem a BC Achievement, District/Authority, or BC Excellence scholarship, you must be enrolled with a post-secondary institution that is designated by the Province of B.C. (i.e., approved for Canada Student Loans), or a post-secondary program provider that is approved by SkilledTradesBC. Please ensure your school is listed before redeeming your scholarship voucher. If it is not, consider asking your school to seek designation.

To redeem a Pathway to Teacher Education scholarship, you must be enrolled in an approved K–12 teacher education program at one of B.C.’s nine Faculties of Education. This scholarship may not be used towards any other programs.
