Evaluation Form for Independent School Administrators 2020/21

Thank you for taking the time to complete this Ready, Set, Learn evaluation form. Your responses will help the Ministry of Education to evaluate the success of Ready, Set, Learn. Failure to complete the Ready, Set, Learn evaluation form will result in 100% of the funds being recovered by the Province.

The deadline for submitting RSL Evaluation is June 1, 2021. All fields are mandatory.
